7 Did you load the correct program into the machine    
8 Did you set your Part X & Y zero correctly,    
9 Did you compensate for half the dia. of the edge finder in X & Y    
10 Are the tools in the correct order    
11 Did you measure the tool diameters correctly    
12 Did you enter the diameters into the tool table    
13 Did you set the length of each tool , and modify it, if required    
14 Did you verify the length offset of each tool    
15 Did you type PA to verify you have loaded the correct program    
16 Did you type SU to check your program    
17 Did you Inspect the part in the Machine BEFORE removing it !    
18 Did you clean the machine, and put the tools away    
19 Did you set the machine back to the home position
